WSIB Reports

Introduction

The WSIB Tool generates reports of previous and current workplace injuries. These are quite useful when conducting an internal analysis of WSIB injuries/claims monthly, quarterly or yearly.

WSIB REPORT ACCESS

In the Navigation pane (lower left), select Tools, then select WSIB.

Review the options regarding the information you may retrieve and have available in the report.

Modified:

  • Can search for a report of individuals currently on modified duties
  • Can search according to modified dates, which are dates individuals had been actively completing modified duties.

Status Search

  • Apeal
  • Close-Active
  • Close-nactive
  • Entered in Error
  • Modified
  • Midified- Declined
  • New
  • No Claim-monitor
  • Open- Active
  • Open-Inactive
  • Progress

Kind of Injury

  • Searches can be conducted based on on the type of injury
  • This includes non-work related incidents

Appeal & Decision:

  • Searches can be made based on appeals and Decisions

Search by:

  • Claim Number Search
  • SIN Number Search
  • Name Search
  • Company Search
  • All

To generate the report, select the magnifying glass icon.

Export to Excel by selecting the Export icon.
