The most common reason this happens is because your browsing history in Google Chrome needs to be cleared.
Go to History in Google Chrome, clear browsing history from beginning of time, then re-log into Stafftrak.
This solution generally solves the problem however if the problem persists please contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance.
1. If person has a yellow or red Compliance light. Adding people with these colours is permission based and you may need to request additional permissions from your manager
2. Person has been set as DNR or placed as unsuitable at this specific customer (Check on Person’s file in the Unsuitable Company area on the Summary page)
3. Person has no SIN on their file or an expired temporary SIN number
4. The Company file has no credit yet or an Outstanding Accounts Receivable that is higher than their approved credit limited (Submit a Credit Request through Stafftrak)
OnTIMEedge is the People2.0 Canada Online Time sheet entry website. You can use this to manage time sheets online. Workers can enter their hours and submit them for approval. Yes. There are several Generic Reports available in Stafftrak. They can be found on the bottom left section of the Navigation panel. We are also able to create customized reports if needed.
Payroll is a permission based function. If you have been assigned permission to enter and process payroll, you will see the Icon at the top of your screen. If you do not see this icon, it means you have not been assigned this permission. Please check with your management if you require payroll permissions.
