ROE (Record of Employment)

Introduction

A Record of Employment (ROE) may be requested directly from a Person file in Stafftrak.

ROE (RECORD OF EMPLOYMENT) REQUEST

From the Person file, on the Summary tab, select the More button, then select ROE from the menu.

Complete all information (red fields are required). When finished, select the Save button. This will send a request electronically to People2.0 for processing.

A Quick Note will be generated on the Person file showing an ROE has been requested and it will include a tracking number.

If all required information is submitted and correct, People2.0 will process the ROE using the Service Canada, ROE Web site and a copy will be attached to the Person file in Stafftrak.

If error messages appear ensure the person is no longer active on an order, that all mandatory fields are completed and that an ROE has not been required within the last 21 days.

Finally, a second Quick Note will be generated on the Person file stating that the request has been completed.

Note: If there is any incorrect or missing information, a Quick Note and Task will be added to the Person file, stating that the ROE requires further investigation and to contact People2.0.
