Reporting Work Related Incidents |
Introduction
A Work-related injury must be documented as soon as it is reported to you. There is a very short window to submit documentation to WSIB and late reporting can result in fines! If there is an incident on site at your client’s location, you can report the incident on-line & directly through Stafftrak. This must be documented in Order tab. |
REPORT WORK RELATED INCIDENTS

Within the Order file, select the Person tab, then select the checkbox next to the injured person’s name.

Select the More button, within the resulting menu, select Report Incident.
In the resulting WSIB Incident Report window, Complete fields with as much details as possible (red fields are required). When finished, select the Submit button.
The information will be sent to People2.0 Risk Management and a Quick Note will be added to show a report has been submitted. Risk Management team will follow-up with necessary next steps.
