Search for On-Line Applicants

Introduction

Search for applicant Person types using Advanced Search or by viewing a Dashboard report.

ADVANCED SEARCH

From the main Stafftrak, Quick Search area, select the P. Advanced search options now display.

From the Type drop-down option, select Applicant. For results within a specified date range, enter values in the From and To calendar fields (for example, to see applicants who applied this month).

To view results, select the magnifying glass button.

DASHBOARD REPORTS

From the main Stafftrak area, select the Dashboard toolbar button.

Within the Dashboard, on the Recruitment tab, select Online Recruitment Summary. This dashboard report will show persons who have applied along with a link to their Person ID and Resume.

Within the Dashboard, the Online Job Board Summary report shows the # of persons who have applied, # of jobs posted, and # of persons assessed.

ORDER FILE – RECRUITMENT TAB

From the Order file, select the Recruitment tab. Any Persons who have applied for the posted job will appear here. You may click on the Person links to review their file and determine suitability for the job.

Note: Select the envelope icon to Email the Person via a Quick Note. Select the circled R to quickly access the Person file Recruitment tab.

Within the Order file, Recruitment tab, checkmark the box left of their name and select the Assess button. This will then show values for who it was Assessed By and the date it was Assessed On.

If the Person is an Assignment Employee Type and you wish to add them to the Order, checkmark next to their name and select the Add To Order toolbar button. Next select the appropriate Pay Structure and Record Type. Select Save to finish.
