On-Line Job Postings

Introduction

Members have the option to use links for on-line applications and job postings to appear on their company website. Once you are set up with these features, you will be able to add Job Postings right from Stafftrak.

ORDER – POST TO ON-LINE JOB BOARD

In the Order file, on the Website Info tab, view the information of the Order.

Note: The fields seen are customizable. Reach out to Client Services for assistance.

Select the Edit button to make modifications.

Note many fields, say “Same as …”. This will display what was typed in the Summary tab of the Order. If you wish to modify what is displayed, select from the drop-down “Custom – please specify” and then type desired information in the field. Select Save to complete your changes.


OR

Select Preview to view the posting as it will look on your company website. If you are satisfied and ready to post, select the Post Online button.

Note the Post Online button will now display as Remove Posting. This indicates the posting is currently being posted online. To instantly remove the posting from your website, select Remove Posting.
