Assign a Client Care Team

Introduction

The Company file contains an area which allows you to assign a sales rep and staffing consultant to the company file. By utilizing these fields, you can run reports and client lists based on sales or service reps (e.g. Client List reports, Commission reports).

ASSIGN A CLIENT CARE TEAM

Within the Company file, on the Summary tab, scroll to the Client Care Team section and select the Edit icon (pencil) next to the Class you’d like to change or assign someone to.

Select the Internal Person from the drop-down menu. This should be who is looking after the account.

Select the Type from the drop-down menu. This will be either Staffing Consultant or Salesrep.

Select Save to complete.
