Reporting Non Work-Related Incidents

Introduction

If an employee reports an incident that is not work related, you must still document it in Stafftrak. Documentation of a Non-Work-Related Incident could prove to be helpful in investigating future incidents both Work Related and Non-work Related. This can result in huge monetary savings.

REPORT NON-WORK=RELATED INCIDENT

Within the Person file, select the More button, then select Not Work Incident.

Complete fields with as much details as possible (red fields are required).

When finished, select the Submit button. A Quick Note will be added to the Person file.
