INDEX TRAINING

The Index is available to all members. This feature offers TSE the ability to upload documents that members might frequently require; along with the ability for members to upload their own files for all staff to access.

Your Files: This section will include an up-to-date version of members OHSP manual, this gets updated by TSE’s Risk Management Team. Your files can also include documents that’s have been uploaded by your internal management team such as; client orientations, registration processes and other valuable branch documents.

Search Log:

The search function is a useful quick search tool, this allows you to type in keywords to allocate a needed a document without having to search through multiple sub folders.

2. Type a keyword into the search bar

3. Select get files, a list will appear of documents

4. Select the document you need from the list
